Founded in the early Nineties by Carlo Maffioli – who now heads the company, directing it with his sons Filippo and Tomaso – Promos now has over 350,000 square meters of store area developed in Italy and abroad, plus another 150,000 square meters of area managed and projects in progress and future plans. Attentive to the changing dynamics of the sector, Promos works with the primary goal of identifying strategic areas, acquiring them and turning them into high income properties, also acting as direct investor in the initiatives developed.
