Brock Campbell and John Hagen started Prospect Land in 2006, with a vision to operate a full-service land company. Since then, they have built strong relationships with community, clients and the regulators, and maintained ethical business practices. Brock and John are industry leaders in providing innovative services to their clients. In 2017, Loni Evans joined the team to create the Environmental Services division. Together, Prospect Land and Environmental are able to address their clients’ individual needs and help them navigate the regulations through the life of a project. Our expert team maintains numerous memberships and certifications with industry related associations such as IRWA, CAPL and CAPLA. We are respected partners offering a full range of services and guidance to a breadth of industries and sectors. Among the many Land services we offer are: Surface Land Acquisitions, Damage Settlements, Construction Liaison, rental reviews, document registration, and many additional services. Through a collaborative, proactive and thoughtful approach to projects, we provide creative solutions to the environmental issues faced by our clients every day. Our ability to pair Land and Environmental services, and our commitment to work closely with other service providers, yields great results for our clients’. The Environmental services we offer are: Environmental Planning and Review Schedule A, Pre-construction Environmental Assessments and Schedule B Assessments, Construction and Reclamation Supervision, Ecological Assessments and so much more. Over the years prospect has grown in size, but has not outgrown its founding principals of positive relationships and standards.
