With a combined experience of over 15 years in property, Ankur Sutariya and Diksesh Patel have built up individual property portfolios following different strategies. In 2014 Ankur switched strategies and began to specialise in the HMO market where their paths crossed. In 2015 they combined forces and launched Prosperous Property Solutions Ltd to offer turnkey HMO solutions to investors, navigating the minefield which is location, sourcing, refurbishment, regulation and licensing. In the last 18 months they have attracted an ever growing and loyal client base that have made repeated investments, amazed with the levels of service and returns generated - both capital and yield. In 2016 using a Joint Venture SPV, Lincoln Holdings Ltd, Ankur and Diksesh purchased a row of four terraced houses, with a total of 45 studio rooms targeting the Peterborough local authority market. This challenging project marked a turning point in their project management and property investment journey, and whilst they continue to offer turnkey HMO solutions to clients, their focus is now on larger development. In 2017 they are already getting off to a flying start with three HMO projects in progress, and a number of larger development projects under negotiation.
