PROZAP belongs to the Puławy Capital Group, and with it to Grupa Azoty, constituting their in-house engineering and design force and is involved in all major investment projects. We provide our services to Polish companies comprising chemical synthesis industry, including the largest fertilizer and chemical producers. We also operate abroad, for instance in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region. As far as the chemical industry is concerned, we have documented experience in designing of ammonia, oxygen, nitrogen, CO2 and synthesis gas plants . In the fertilizer sector we specialize in the production plants of urea, ammonium nitrate, UAN, ammonium and iron sulphate, MAP and DAP as well as other compound fertilizers. Our long list of reference projects includes production plants of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric and fluorosilicic acid and other chemicals, such as liquid ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, titanium dioxide or methanol. Many years of experience also extend onto feedstock for the production of plastics, in particular caprolactam and melamine. We are also active in pharmaceutical and food industry designing, for example, plants for the supercritical extraction of vegetable material. For our customers, we design industrial and municipal facilities such as halls, warehouses, buildings, pumping stations, water supply installations, water treatment plants. Our focus is to protect the environment from the adverse impact of human industrial activities. We offer systems for reducing fertilizer and ammonia dust emissions from granulation sections as well as flue gas desulphurisation plants for combined heat and power plants. Our comprehensive design services cover all design disciplines: process, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, piping, at each stage of a project: from a concept to implementation and commissioning. We also have experience in EPC, turn-key projects.
