P.S. Our Beaches is a Pollution Solution targetting plastic pollution in the Canterbury region. Our mission is to restore a positive environmental footprint for our oceans, both now and into future. P.S. Our Beaches is advocating for the elimination of single-use plastics through increasing public knowledge, and by developing technologies to decrease the impact these plastic have on our oceans and marine life. Human induced acts are painting a worrying picture for our oceans. The situation is dire and its up to us to change that. P.S. Our Beaches is the organisation behind EnviroPAST Plastic And Sustainability Talks. This conference is all about moving forward with plastic pollution and inspiring young people to make real, positive environmental change in their own lives and the lives of others. EnviroPAST will take place on Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th of April 2019, with one day of speaker sessions and another day of hands-on activities such as workshops, tree plantings at Styx Mill and a clean up at New Brighton beach.
