Founded in 1825, PS&B are independent multi-disciplinary property experts forming part of the family-owned Blue Bombini Group which includes our colleagues Spratt & Son in Worthing and Carr & Priddle and LeaseX in Brighton. Specialising in Residential and Commercial Property Management, Commercial and Residential Sales and Lettings, Lease Extensions, Surveying and Valuations we have 5 office hubs along the South Coast in Portsmouth, Bognor Regis, Worthing and Brighton. We are proud to have nearly 100 members of staff across the group including members of RICS, ARLA, NAVA, NAEA, TPI and other professional bodies relevant to our fields of expertise. We are also thrilled to support a number of apprentices and hope to help more young individuals as the business continues to grow. Our geographical coverage for the business is from Kent to Dorset and in and around central London. Our clients range from national multiple retailers, corporate bodies, banks, building societies and other financial institutions to private individuals, trusts, charities and local businesses.
