PT. Indopay Merchant Services (Indopay) was established on October 2005. On October 2007, Indopay had become an acquisition of PT. Elang Mahkota Technology (Emtek), which currently have subsidiaries in the area of Agriculture, telecommunication, electronic media, software and others. Indopay is an e-payment company that organizes the system of a non-cash transactions and providing electronic payment solutions such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals, Internet Payment, Mobile Payment, Merchant Acquiring Business, Service Host to Host Switching, EDC Banking Applications (Mini ATM), Smart Card Solution, provides integrated and up-to-date Electronic Data Capture/Point of Sales ("POS") Network, through Euro Master Visa Compliance, PIN based, and “Tempered Proof” terminals for secure payment. EDC / POS Point works with all types of bank cards, Mini ATMs which provide customers access to their accounts, Internet payment gateway which allow merchants to connect direct with the bank to complete transactions in real time over internet, and Pre-Paid cash cards becomes an alternative way of cash payment. Indopay provides the hardware, customized software and expertise to implement and maintain the client’s payment network. Today Indopay’s merchant network accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, China Union Pay, and other ATM/ Debit Cards from local leading Banks. Indopay has received certification of PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) since August 2008.
