PT. Pan Pacific Insurance started from PT. Asuransi Jaya Inti, established on February 27, 1997. The company obtains a business license in General Insurance from the Department of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The name of PT. Asuransi Jaya Inti was then change into PT. Pan Pacific Insurance as stated in Notary Deed of Ny. Machrani Moertolo Soenarto SH, notary in Jakarta, dated November 20, 2007, Number 09 and acknowledged by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on February 18, 2008, Number AHU-07872.AH.01.02.Year 2008.The acknowledgement of change is in conformity with the Law No.40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Company. In 3 years, PT. Pan Pacific Insurance was awarded as one of excellence insurance companies by research bureau of infobank magazine. Currently, health insurance and auto insurance products are the biggest contributors in term of premium for the company. PT. Pan Pacific Insurance has a Head Office at Graha Pratama 6th Floor, Jl. M.T Haryono Kav. 15 Jakarta Selatan 12810, and 16 Representative Offices. To compliment its products, PT. Pan Pacific Insurance launched new offerings, i.e. Surety Bond in May 2011 and Heavy Equipment in October 2011.
