How we work Customers order online and have the items sent to their nearest QCollect locker bank. Courier delivers to the QCollect locker bank. Customer receives an SMS/email with their secure collection code. Customer enters secure collection code and collects item. We are looking for innovative partners to become QCollect delivery and sending locations!
