Quantex is the innovative leader in recyclable pump technology with a catalogue of pumps ranging from 1µL up to 30mL/s. The pumps form the closure of the fluid packaging and are replaced with every new pack. This brings several unique benefits: 1. Since no fluid travels through the machine, the solution is very hygienic – no cleaning is required and there is no risk of cross contamination between channels. 2. No pump calibration or maintenance (due to failures) is required because the pumps are replaced regularly. 3. Equipment is lower cost because Quantex pumps only require a simple motor-drive to run. 4. Dispensing machines/devices can be highly compact due to the simplicity of the electronics and low torque for battery operated devices. The pumps use a positive displacement rotary action so fixed displacement means a high level of accuracy over time and the pumps can successfully pump high viscosities. The larger pumps can handle particulates up to 4mm in diameter. Quantex also offers a unique Dilution variant of its pumps which mixes water with concentrates inside the pumps, providing a ready to use mixed product straight from the pump with no stratification. This allows brands to ship less water and save cost and carbon emissions. We provide a design and development service for custom applications.
