QUENO Sport & Fitness is founded by Annemiek Smegen in 2000. The first gym was opened in 2003 in Westerbork. In 2010 Annemiek and her partner Ron Naranjo opened the second gym in Groningen. QUENO Sportopleidingen (since 2005) is the education company for sporttrainers also owned by Ron & Annemiek.
