History Established in 2007. Just like many real estate investors, I realized in my early days of investing that it was hard to get a reliable and affordable renovations and make ready services vendor that understood the cost and time sensitivity required when servicing income producing properties. In 2007, I decided to initiate an operation that not only serviced my properties but also those of investors, landlords, realtors and owners. During our first few years in operation, we were hit with one of the worse recessions that this country has seen. We decided to make it our goal to also staff and offer employment to as many construction professionals from our church as possible that were then struggling to get a job and bring a steady paycheck home. In 2014, we did 1008 renovations and make readies and staffed over 170 people. Our accomplishments are rooted on strong company values and industry expertise. We truly enjoy transforming properties and making our client's vision a reality!
