Rachel began her career working in local government at City of Ballarat and then Ararat Rural City Council in the economic development, events and tourism units. After 18 months working in Scotland in conferencing and hospitality, Rachel returned to Australia and renewed her career in project, marketing and event management before beginning Visionary in 2004. She is a highly sought after speaker, coach and consultant, specialising in marketing strategy and mums in business. Her mission is to see business owners become the best versions of themselves.
