We specialize in helping clients conquer stress and anxiety. We help anxious young adults work through life's challenges to find purpose and feel more in control. We help overwhelmed and overworked adults find better work/life balance and problem solve more effectively. Disconnected couples work on improving communication so that they can take a team approach when addressing issues and concerns. We incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques and tools by drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. We also use humor and real life examples to help our clients not only understand themselves better but learn to tackle their problems and worries more efficiently and effectively. Therapy takes place both in our office and online using HIPAA-compliant software that is free for clients to use.
