In terms of Gazette Notification No. S.O. 1633(E) dated 05th April 2025 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services under Section 23A of the RRB Act, 1976, the erstwhile Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank (sponsored by State Bank of India) and Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (sponsored by Bank of Baroda) have been amalgamated into a single regional rural bank named Rajasthan Gramin Bank with effect from 01st May 2025. Rajasthan Gramin Bank, sponsored by State Bank of India, is the largest Regional Rural Bank in Rajasthan with 1593 branches across the state. The Bank’s operational area comprises the entire geographical jurisdiction of both erstwhile banks, thereby covering all 33 districts of Rajasthan. The Head Office of Rajasthan Gramin Bank is located in Jaipur. The Bank is committed to providing inclusive, customer-centric, and technology-driven banking solutions to serve the rural and semi-urban population of Rajasthan.
