Real Estate Capital Advisory was founded in 2010 by Stephen Hall and Tim Gillard to provide assistance by way of consultancy services to participants in the Real Estate market, specifically their capital requirement, be those debt, mezzanine debt, equity, joint venture structures etc. Typical clients that we have are undertaking development projects, or investments in assets, with value in the range of AUD5m and AUD500m across all asset classes in the Real Estate market. Our ability to assist clients with the right capital stack for their project and/or investment is enhanced by the strong relationships that we have with both local and offshore financiers for senior debt, institutional and high net worth parties to assist with mezzanine debt and / or equity. These relationships have been developed over a long period as a result of both Stephen and Tim's experience in the financial markets.
