At PECK we provide architecture & engineering design solutions for residential and commercial clients in Southern California / Los Angeles, www.cmpeck.com. With experience in several disciplines, we are able to anticipate issues that may arise that drive design revisions, or provide opportunities for efficiency and excellence. There are often interrelated and complex constraints involved in our hillside site development and commercial site development projects. We are able to control and guide the design where we are the lead designers, and we provide valuable advice and assistance on projects where we are consultants to others. We have a positive and productive attitude toward our work and we work hard to achieve success, often under difficult circumstances. Our ability to work with clients, contractors, and plan check and agency representatives is very strong. We are known for our ability to reach consensus and provide results during the permitting and entitlement process. Founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2006, we have developed a broad customer base, including developers, utilities such as Southern California Edison, Sempra, and the Metropolitan Transit Authority, Banks, Non-Profits, Local Cities, and many individual property owners.
