Reclaiming Flow

Reclaiming Flow is the intersection between mindfulness and professional development for Black women at work, providing powerful workshops and tools to handle challenges such as microaggressions, disparate treatment around promotions and compensation, imposter syndrome, and much more. Employers seeking to support the Black women in their workforce can drive retention, career advancement, and diversity representation in leadership roles through these offerings. While Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives often focus on addressing implicit biases and the behavior of our colleagues, they often do not provide Black women with support to manage the challenges that continue to exist while we are on this journey. Reclaiming Flow workshops are designed with Black women in mind, however they can be customized for any under-served populations in your workforce.
