Red Angus Steakhouse is named after one of the most popular cattle breeds, particularly raised for its high quality meat, used in recipes worldwide. The restaurant takes pride in its juicy, tender steaks, prepared after classic recipes, from internationally certified Australian and Uruguay beef. Our design combines worldwide appreciated American symbols and values the love for motorcycles, the old fashioned fun of playing pinball on an original machine, the live blues shows provided by our resident musician, Brent Melancon, who left New Orleans to perform exclusively at Red Angus Steakhouse. What we wish to offer our guests is an unique experience, equaled only by our customercentric service and the attention towards details. We wish to create a working environment that is enjoyable, rewarding and stimulating, which helps our associates grow both personally and professionally.
