In addition, we conduct periodic facility compliance assessment at our partner hospitals and sponsor trainings for hospital staff in order to ensure customers get optimum service at all times. Furthermore, we maintain healthy professional relationships with a host of gym facilities and renowned fitness instructors all over the country and this is why we incorporate health fairs, fitness campaigns, ergonomic trainings and medical outreaches in our client engagement outlines. We were the first Nigerian-based HMO to launch a mobile application which bolsters enrollee experience and satisfaction.
