We provide simple, intuitive, and user friendly Library and Publisher Dashboards to help our customers visualize COUNTER data so they can stay on top of their customers evolving needs and proactively deal with problems. We also run the RedLink Network (launching in July 2016), a secure service that allows libraries and publishers to keep their IP addresses, Shibboleth information, link resolvers, and branding current, while monitoring their network of providers and customers to eliminate problems.
