Redmans are a firm of business advisors. We have been located in the Macarthur region for almost 40 years. And, despite the various changes that have occurred for us and our region over that period, we have always operated by 4 key guidelines: A focus on advising family business - we are families in business helping families that own and operate their own businesses. We like to deal with the business whose owners directly feel the impact on their hip pocket of any decision they make - be it a good one or a bad one. Thinking ahead - we work with our clients to plan their business and financial future. Whether it is sitting down with our clients and engaging in tax and business planning, or developing a 5 year plan for their business, we want to be the advisors who help determine the future, not report on the past. Ethical - we only do what is right by all parties in the relationship. We give pro-active, progressive and common sense advice that doesn't expose our clients to undue risk or scrutiny. Living by our own message - we don't advise a client to do anything in their business that we don't do in our own. From budgeting, to quarterly management meetings to engaging outside experts when it is required, we seek input, prepare a plan and commit to implementing it.
