At our 10k square feet facility, Reset’s lifestyle and health coaches work together with members to formulate holistic wellness programs that feature a variety of multi-disciplinary approaches, aimed at balancing and building your mind, body, and soul connection. Our integrative approach recognizes the multidimensional nature of health, with nutrition, exercise, and wellness being at the center, as opposed to body-centric exercising and supplementation. Reset is the brainchild of business entrepreneur Karan Talreja. Karan Talreja has also long been involved in fitness and wellness ventures, sharing a strong passion for fitness himself. They decided to set up a fitness and wellness centre with an innovative holistic health culture, as they both felt that the Indian fitness sector was stagnating and focused on a very narrow approach to health and fitness.
