Responsive Engineering is a subcontract manufacturing company able to produce large complex fabricated structures and precision machined components with a full end-to-end manufacturing capability. Our end-to-end capability incorporates various profiling processes to cut billets from sheet materials to feed our own machining or fabrication areas. Being in the home of the former "tank factory" we have internal cranage which can handle up to 50 tonnes so we can large heavy product. Our machine shop is fully equipment with CNC turning, turn/mill, 3 axis milling, 5 axis milling including large portal type milling equipment, the latter able to precision machine large complex fabrications to exacting tolerances ensuring a smooth integration into the end vehicle or platform. Final stages after fabrication and machining is paint, and our paint team can apply the finishing touches to ensure the finished structure or part leaves well protected from the elements.
