About Restaurant & Catering Australia's (R&CA) strategic focus is to ensure owners and operators within the hospitality industry remain profitable and sustainable. For the wider hospitality community we aim to support continuous improvement of industry standards and professionalism. Company Overview R&CA is the not-for-profit National Association that leads and represents the interests of 35,000 restaurants, cafes and catering businesses in Australia. In addition to actively pursuing National issues and projects of relevance to its members, R&CA is committed to ensuring that the industry is recognised as one of excellence, professionalism, profitability and sustainability within its broader social and economic contribution. This includes promoting and advocating the value of the restaurant experience to the public. The members of R&CA are the owners and operators of restaurants, cafes and catering businesses (full members) and representatives of industry supplier businesses (associate members).
