Rewire - Music and the Mind

Playing music is the brain's equivalent of a full body workout! Help us, help science explore music's effect on Neuroplasticity. Our mission is to further neuroscientific and neuropsychological evidence for music's inclusion in clinical medicine, rather than sidelined as therapy or allied science. Science offers evidence that music can help us live more fulfilling lives. Neurological issues such as memory loss, trauma, abuse, PTSD, learning issues, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, speech, anxiety, burnout, performance focus and disorders of the brain are just some of the areas currently treated with music and are supported by Rewire. The objective of Rewire is: • to raise funds for the furtherance of research into and application of, the health benefits of music in the development, alleviation and rehabilitation of the brain. • foster and stimulate interest and participation in neurological and psych research • normalize music and audio therapy in medical clinical practice
