Our President/CEO of our firm, Richard (Rick) Harris, CCIM, GAA, has been working in Commercial Real Estate, Appraisal and Construction since 1978. He has extensive real estate, appraisal/valuation and construction experience oriented towards commercial properties. Mr. Harris has been qualified as a Real Estate and Valuation Expert in various Courts throughout Florida. Mr. Harris has been appointed as a Special Magistrate by various Valuation Adjustment Boards (VAB) for over 20 years to conduct hearings and make recommendations for the Just Value for Property Assessment Appeals.
