Formed in 1979 as Patrick Engineering Inc., the company provided services to local, state, and federal government agencies; private and public utilities; and FORTUNE 500 companies. In 2023, Patrick became a part of RINA S.p.A.. RINA is a multi-national company providing dedicated, bespoke services for the infrastructure, transport and logistics markets.
