Risk is the study association for the financial student at the University of Groningen. Risk has set itself the goal to close the gap that exists between theory and practice in the areas of Finance, Accountancy & Controlling, Management Accounting & Control and International Financial Management. Study Association Risk was founded 29 years ago. The association has since grown to one of the most professional study associations of The Netherlands. There are around 85 active members, who organise a range of different activities. This gives students the chance develop themselves alongside their studies. Risk aims to organise high quality activities for all its members. Besides this, Risk organises activities to further the contact between members, the faculty and companies.
