Ritualize is an integrated physical and mental wellbeing and performance program that tackles motivation, mindset, nutrition, sleep, physical exercise, social connectedness and most of all, behaviour change. A key factor for success is the 80/20 principle (whereby 80% of the time you focus on eating clean, healthy foods and living a healthy, active lifestyle, while 20% of the time you have the freedom to indulge and relax as you please). The program helps participants create wellbeing goals that are broken down into small, achievable steps – known as rituals. It then provides tools, resources and activities to improve wellbeing in a sustainable manner.
