RnD4U foundation team consist of former senior employees of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software R&D center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (experience 6 -15 years). Therefore, the team has matured with long professional experience in robust enterprise grade solutions development and support and has been trained in modern agile development practices and QA. Previous experience with offshore development shows it can be done effectively if governed under modified scaled agile framework. RnD4U team is tightly connected with Bonitoo, separate legal entity that consists of former Hewlett Packard Enterprise R&D team in Czech Republic (Europe). Such connection brings scaleability, reliability and higher functional and technical expertise. It also removes obstacles cause by timezone and language barrier for clients in Europe and USA.
