Field to wok cooking has always been the mission of our founder Saiphin, who first brought the soulful, spice-led food from her childhood in northern Thailand to Rosas caff in Spitalfields (with the help of friends and family) in 2008. Weve come a long way since then, but our name and ethos remain the same - and we put good vibes and great flavours at the heart of everything we do. Our restaurants are fun places to eat and work.
