Ben's extensive experience includes UK and European general forwarding, project forwarding, large scale contract management, transport management, event transportation and specialist and fragile movements. Working across a variety of sectors Ben was pivotal in a number of expanding markets and business wins along with large scale operational changes delivering improved and consistent service. A key element to his approach was the ability to offer customers improved service at a reduced cost by understanding clients businesses and embracing their needs as part of the service offering.
