Rullion Capacity Builders Foundation is a non-governmental organization, registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria and approved by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity as a trade testing centre. We believe that empowering a woman with the right skills to make her better equipped to own her own business is tantamount to training a nation. We want to empower the women and youth who are staying at home; what we preach is learning a skill, sharpen your business skill and launch your own profitable business. In our over 3 years of existence, we have trained over a thousand women and youth and strive to achieve more in years to come. Our Vision is to lead in providing training and mentorship for women and the youth and to also create and provide a better living condition for the women and the youth. Our mission - Rullion Capacity Builders will educate women and the youth to develop the knowledge and skills that will enable them improve their productivity in the society, provide service to their communities and become financially self-reliant. We will work with them to maximize their abilities to be able to get great returns on the skills they acquire. Objectives The main objectives related to our organization is to build the right work ethics, to entrench in the participants the value of hard work; and to build up leaders who have integrity and are willing to take on risks in starting their own profitable businesses Strategy We pursue our objectives by: Offering professional vocational skills training Plugging participants into our mentoring platform where we have women who are business owners as mentors Taking them through bi-monthly leadership and entrepreneurship training programs Hosting exhibitions and fairs where participants can experience opportunities inherent in entrepreneurship Providing a platform for participants to access soft loans for their start ups
