Runlab was born out of a desire to enable runners of all abilities the chance to better understand their running, be challenges and over time improve and become a faster runner. For those who are relatively new to running or who are trying to improve their running, the task of understanding what to do and who to ask is overwhelming in itself, so Runlab was created and is fast becoming-The resource for runners. Runlab offers two services Firstly “My Group” is our highly motivating, structured speed/Interval run groups, which run in various locations. This is for those individuals who want running training in a group environment which is structured, led by experts and will challenge individuals of all abilities. We also offer “My Group Trial”, the lead in for those individuals wanting that extra guidance in a group training session before stepping up into one of the “My Group sessions” Secondly we also offer “My Runlab”. My Runlab is all about providing a more specific offering for individual clients, providing them with extra structure for their running goals and/or a focus on technique
