Ryerson Futures Inc. (RFI) helps build and grow innovative companies, provides seed stage financing, and works with customers and partners to solve technology problems and deliver solutions. RFI is a for-profit entity wholly owned by Ryerson University. RFI works with early stage companies connected to the RU community through the Digital Media Zone and other areas across the University. RFIs mission is to invest in companies using outside investor money and obtain equity in consideration for acceleration and advisory services. Funding a Startup? We are looking for the best and brightest startup ideas. Through our accelerator fund, we can provide seed stage financing, space, mentoring and other perks. Innovation for Hire We can assemble teams of entrepreneurial students to research, prototype, or pilot a solution for your company. We have worked with some of the best in industry and are able to help with your needs RFI is a resident organization within the Digital Media Zone at Ryerson University (DMZ). A workplace designed for young entrepreneurs, infused with the energy and resources of downtown Toronto.
