SCTC (Safety Council Texas City) is an established non-profit corporation serving our owner and contractor subscribers for over 25 years. The products and services of SCTC are designed to provide value, promote safety, and create unparalleled efficiencies to the entities we serve. The mission of SCTC is: “To advance the Safety, Health and Security of Workers in the Communities We Serve.” SCTC's 25,000 square foot facility contains three times more capacity than our previous location; and expands our training, background screening, basic orientation, site specific courses, and contractor assurance services to meet our clients’ needs. SCTC has also extended capacity to grow to provide NCCER assessments. Our facility is located at 3300 FM 1765 in Texas City, Texas. SCTC recognizes that providing these core services are essential for the industry clients we serve. Also, expanding new partnerships and introducing new programs and innovative services are key elements of our vision. Our logo and tagline “Serving Local, Reaching Outward” reflect this.
