Currently Salahakar is focusing on the small and medium entreprenuer through its unique mentoring program TYKOONZ. 16-20 participants are chosen for a one year training cum mentoring program. Particpants go through twelve highly interactive training program built around their indiviusal needs and through twelve group therapy sessions. The group also learns to network with other members. The second batch of tykoonz is currently undergoing training. The third batch will commence on Feb 27, 2011. There will only be four batches of Tykoonz.
