SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO, Inc. is a Contemporary Design + Architecture studio that bring Design and Social innovation in the City. The projects of Design + Architecture are studied in the studio with LEED certifications and design technologies like BIM 'Building Information Modeling'​ Management, Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality. Our role is to modify the civic engagement and through our projects to design new communities in the neighborhoods. Operating in Brooklyn, the Studio's diverse portfolio in America & Europe, which features over several Real Estate projects and pursuing Green Building certification in Design + Architecture, comprises commercial, office, hospitality, residential, retail, academic, furniture, mixed-use projects and Urban design. For its design-thinking and City projects, the Studio was exhibited on the Parisian Pavillon in 2010 on the World Expo in Shanghai "Better City, Better Life"​ and featured on the 2016 Architectural Biennale of Venice. Through Prospective & Social design we provide study market, new concepts & new values in our projects approach of innovation & sustainability and playing also a main role in our human-centered projects to participate to our clients's realm and development. Lionel and his partner Rachel Scharly established SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO, France, in 2007 after a successful development and opportunities in USA in 2011, SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO moved its headquarter from Paris to New York City. SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO, Inc. is ranked in the World's Top 200 Design + Architecture Studios by the World's Leading Designers "DA'C"​.
