This offers a comprehensive paralegal training - the provision was developed in consultation with the Law Society of Scotland to meet the needs of legal service providers. Apprentices can specialise in one of these areas: Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Criminal Litigation or Executries. Apprentices study by distance learning. All or part of the training cost can be met by the government, depending on candidate eligibility.
