We are one of the best CCRC values in the Carolinas. Scotia Village is a faith-based, not-for-profit division of the The Presbyterian Homes, Inc. (PHI). Opened in 1988, it is one of three continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) operated and managed by PHI.
