Security Devices International (SDI) is a defense technology company focused on less lethal munitions and equipment. We develop, patent, manufacture and market the 40mm Blunt Impact Projectile ("BIP"), the 40mm Collapsible Head Impact Projectile ("CHIP") and the stabilized finned projectile ("SFP") for .68 / .49 cal rounds . We have a broad array of special situation rounds using the BIP technology, including OC / CS, Malodorant, Marking Liquid and Marking Powder, and GlassBreak rounds. We are in development of a Personal Safety Device ("PSD") for the home defense and law enforcement market which will be a new, more accurate and compact CO2 fired less lethal pepper spray gun that will fit in the same holster as a standard issue glock. The professional edition will be cartridge implementing our stabilized finned projectile ("SFP"), providing reliable bulls-eye accuracy for law enforcement and corrections professionals. Our end markets are domestic and overseas law enforcement agencies, military for the 40mm line of products. This includes federal, state and local police agencies, correctional facilities and special situations divisions such as SWAT. Our upcoming PSD line of products will be directed at the residential defense, private security, and global law enforcement markets where LEAs may not carry lethal weaponry. We are partners with several domestic and international licensing firms that are both manufacturers and developers in the less lethal space. We continue to look for additional international licensing partners to market, manufacture and sell our product to overseas law enforcement and military agencies.
