Today we are the exclusive Canadian distributor of high-end fashion brands for men, women and children, including UGG® Australia, 7 For All Mankind®, Eileen Fisher, IRO, Parker, Rebecca Taylor, Sol Angeles, Splendid®, Vilebrequin and Vince. SeCe Apparel also operates a retail division whereby we have entered into franchisee agreements with some of our partners to open free-standing retail stores in key urban Canadian markets. We currently own and operate stores under UGG® Australia, Eileen Fisher, and a specialty multi-brand boutique, with contractual plans to open several more stores in the very near future. Supporting our wholesale and retail divisions is a group of well managed departments specialized in sales, accounting, retail operations, logistics, Marketing/PR, information technology, and more.
