Second Chance Fundraising is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania with the goal of raising organ, tissue, and cornea donation awareness, medical research/financial assistance, and college scholarships. The organization was formed in 2016 by best friends Craig Smith and Derek Partsch after Craig received a heart transplant in the fall of 2015. With a strong presence in the western Pennsylvania region, we strive to give everybody the opportunity at a "second chance" of life.
