The company was founded by the end of 2015, employing now 21 briliant and motivated lawers and paralegals that are goal oriented, yet friendly and open minded. As a company it took us some time to find what is really close to our hearts and what keeps us interested, motivated and wanting more. We are a part of a pioneer Personal Data collecting project in the Czech Republic that aims to create a unique database of consumer data, making sure the project meets all the tough criteria of Personal Data protection legislative and compliance norms. Working closely with the ÚOOÚ and the Czech National Bank. We also use this knowledge with all companies that store/use data of their employees, customers or clients. In 2016 we have started a series of seminars for IT and SW development companies, focusing on licensing and intellectual property protection that we wish to continue in 2017, as we believe that IT solutions will slowly enter into all areas of our daily lives, from the financing sector (blockchain transactions) to biomedical technologies used in the healthcare sector, IT is a unique field that binds most industries. A big part of our company also focuses on real estate, taking these transactions at the beginning, working out financing agreements, going through construction and participating on the sale/buy as well. Over the past two years we took part in real estate transactions worth more than 2 billion CZK, making real estate a very significant source of both challenges and successful stories.
