Seed Foundation Australia is a registered Charity that was borne out of the recognition of high deprivation, low employment and poor health outcomes in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We aim to change the status quo by providing wraparound support and pathways into higher education and employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth. Our main activities are centred around health training; individualised youth mentoring; community engagement; and access to further training and employment opportunities. Our mission is to build a generation of future community leaders that are responsible for their own health and community welfare.
