USABLE RESEARCH www.selkie.study Selkie is a fresh research agency specializing in HCI and design research. We partner up with international organizations, educational and public institutions, start-ups and curious individuals, who search for information and inspiration in the process of their projects’ development. Agency is established by two experiences researchers with psychology, service design and UX research background. For the last 7 years, we have been collaborating in development of IT solutions and omnichannel services for clients based in UK, Norway, France, Switzerland, Poland and USA in various domains (healthcare, education, social care, banking and finance, media, sport, travel, logistics, transportation, management, blockchain technology, smart city). We co-create growing Silesian network of IT professionals, where we closely collaborate with product designers, strategy consultants, business analysts, developers and scholars. Our research approach combines knowledge from social sciences with design research methodologies within the agile framework.
