We offer training programs for consultants, corporate change makers and entrepreneurs who want to realize a Semco Style workplace. Accordingly, we also provide in-company culture evolution support. We believe its extremely important for everyone to have a fulfilling and productive working life, whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. And, at the same time, we focus on helping organizations to generate healthy and sustainable profits. This way, everybody wins! Semco Style organizations are organized around humans instead of structures and procedures. And it seems that this is working: Semco Style organizations are proven to perform better when compared to traditional organizations. The Semco Style Institute was co-founded in Amsterdam by three Dutch entrepreneurs with a history in education & consulting and Ricardo Semler. The Semco Style is based on his philosophy, with Semco being the Brazilian company where he first implemented his revolutionary and successful business ideas. Our programs are developed in full cooperation with Ricardo Semler and his team: the Semco Style Guardians. In the Netherlands, the Semco Style Institute commenced operations in May 2016. Semco Style Institute BeLux is starting its operations and own training cycles in April 2018. We are working with national and international partners: this way, we hope to bring the Semco Style Institute programs to people and organizations, whilst at the same time growing an international network of Semco Style Certified Consultants.
