Setlementtiasunnot Oy on vuonna 2000 perustettu yhteiskunnallinen ARA-rakennuttaja. Kuulumme yhteiskunnallisten yritysten ARVO-liittoon. Setlementtiasunnoilla on 21 taloa ja asukkaita reilu 2200 seitsemässä kaupungissa. Yhteisölliset kerrostalomme sijaitsevat Helsingissä, Espoossa, Vantaalla, Hyvinkäällä, Tampereella, Turussa ja Joensuussa. Setlementtiasunnot Oy constructs houses with a sense of community. Setlementtiasunnot is a community builder, a provider of versatile housing services, as well as a producer of socially sustainable housing solutions. There are all kinds of people living in our apartments. Besides families, workers, pensioners and students among our residents are, for example, disabled people, immigrants, persons in rehabilitation programs or elderly people suffering from memory disorders. We create the sense of community, no-one has to be alone. We care about each other, help each other and greet our neighbours.
