SFC Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Salvatore F. Cannizzaro, an entrepreneur with passion, vision, resources, and years of diversified experience. Sal is very active in the business. He is supported by a staff of real estate and financial professionals that share his passion for real estate, and for providing a high-quality product and great service to our customers. Our philosophy is simple and straightforward, we partner with communities, business professionals and individuals to develop, build and bring to market properties of distinction that will endure for generations to come. We approach every project looking to balance the needs and desires of the local community and the environment with those of our affiliates, employees, and the clients we serve. From this philosophy, SFC Commercial Contractors was born, a division of SFC Enterprises, Inc. managed by Executive Vice President, Frank Cannizzaro. This subdivision handles all commercial construction management and general contracting needs. As a diversified company, we believe that opportunity comes in many forms, especially in the ever-changing real estate market. If the project “feels right” and makes economic sense, it is fully evaluated. Specializing in both ground up construction and interior fit outs for corporate offices and medical space. We have the experience and the resources necessary to successfully bring a project to market.
